My latest find was water proof and corrosion resistant smart phones by P2i. Technically you could go swimming with them or text/watch a movie while taking a bath? At first I didn't think there was an urgent need to have a water proof phone, but research (by P2i) is now showing 1 in 3 phones to get wet daily.
P2i is a very interesting company that prides itself on being a solution provider with products in many markets. What most interests me is the nanotechnology (Aridion-trademark name) that essentially makes these phones have limitless potential. Note that this nano-coating does not affect the working components of electronic devices; maintaining the look, feel and functionality of the product. In fact, in addition to liquid (hydrophobic) and oil (oleophobic) repellency, the technology can be tailored to create a huge range of invisible funtional benefits, opening up entirely new markets.
I highly recommend checking out their website.
